Mutton Kheema Fry
People often think that making tasty Kheema Fry involves the usage and consumption of a lot of oil , however , that's not true. Kheema Fry can be made tasty even if the amount of oil used is less than that used in restaurants . Let's have a look at the recipe :
Ingredients (for 3 Servings) :
- Oil - 5-6 Tbsp
- Mutton Kheema - 1/2 Kg
- Onions - 3
- Whole Garam Masalas-
Cardamom - 4-5
Black Pepper - 8-10
Clove - 5-6
- Green Chillies - 3-4
- Ginger Paste - 1 Tsp
- Garlic - 6-7 Cloves
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp
- Spices -
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhanajeera powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Heat oil in a utensil and fry the whole garam masalas , finely chopped green chillies & garlic to it.
- Add finely chopped onions till they are soft.
- Add ginger paste and sugar and fry them for 5 minutes.
- Add the spices and fry till the oil separates from the spices.
- Add Kheema to it and fry it WITHOUT any water till done. (Kheema will take approximately 20-25 minutes to cook)
You can now enjoy having tasty Mutton Kheema Fry without the fear of consuming a lot of oil.
