Bread Pizza


Here is a yummy breakfast item that is no less than a pizza from a restaurant !

Ingredients (for 8 slices) :

  • Bread - 8 slices 
  • Butter - Enough to apply on all slices
  • Onions - 2
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 Tsp per slice
  • Grated Cheese
  • Pizza masala - 2 pinches per slice
  • Mixed Herbs - 2 pinches per slice
Method :
  • Finely chop onions , capsicum and tomatoes and leave them aside.
  • Apply butter on each slice of bread and put the vegetables on each slice as per the correct proportions.
  • Apply tomato ketchup on each slice and sprinkle pizza masala and mixed herbs on them and finally , sprinkle some grated cheese.
  • Take a big tava and add a tsp of butter to it.
  • Place the slices when the butter is hot , cook it on low flame and cover it with an appropriate lid that doesn't touch the bread.
  • Lift one of the slices and check if it is toasted well and it's ready to serve !
