Chicken White Sauce Cutlet
Chicken White Sauce Cutlets are the cutlets that give out Italian flavours which gives them a cheese-like taste ! Cooking and eating this is highly recommended to those who love Italian food , although it will surely be enjoyed by almost everyone irrespective of the type of food which they usually eat !
Ingredients (12 Pieces) :
- Maida - 2 Cups
- Chicken - 250 grams
- Eggs - 5-6
- Green Chillies - 3-4
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Sugar - 1 Tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Milk - 2 cups
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 Tsp
- Garlic - 1 bulb
- Coarse Semolina (Jada rava) / Bread Crumbs - Enough to coat all cutlets
- Oil - Enough to fry the cutlets
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic to it.
- After the garlic turns slightly brown , add finely chopped green chillies.
- Add maida to it and roast it for around 5-10 minutes.
- Add the milk to the maida and keep stirring it on low flame till the mixture turns thick till it reaches a dough consistency.
- Add ginger paste , sugar , salt and black pepper powder to it and cook it for another 5 minutes.
- Boil 3 eggs , chop them finely and add it to the dough.
- Boil the chicken , shred it and add it to the dough.
- After the dough as reached room temperature , put it in the fridge for an hour or two to let it set.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and shape them into cutlets.
- Coat them with semolina / bread crumbs , dip them in 2 beaten eggs (which has salt and pepper to it) and fry them on both sides till they are golden-brown.
