Mayonnaise (With Egg)


Mayonnaise is a favourite condiment of people all around the world. It can be added to any type of sandwich , burger or different type of salads. It also tastes delicious just with a slice of bread. It doesn't taste sour like the ones sold in the market , but if you want it be sour , you can add a teaspoon of white vinegar to it. Let us have a look at its recipe.


 ·     2 tbsp whole Black Pepper

·  2 Tbsp Mustard Powder

·  2 Garlic cloves

·  2 Eggs

· 1-2 cups Sunflower oil (approx) (enough to thicken the mayonnaise)

· 1 tsp sugar

· Salt to taste



·  Grind the black pepper, mustard powder and garlic in a mixer jar.

·   Add the eggs and run the mixer JUST for 5-10 seconds.

·   Keep adding oil little by little and run the mixer for 2-3 seconds each time till it reaches a thick consistency.

·  Add sugar and salt and run it for 2-3 seconds.

·  Store it in a glass bottle and refrigerate it for it to last a couple of weeks.
