Mix Salad
Salads can be made in a variety of ways. I have made it by mixing various vegetables along with shredded chicken. Since salad is a very versatile dish, you can add your own ingredients to it as well. For example, you can add mayonnaise or white vinegar to it if you wish to. Let us have a look at its recipe.

Ingredients (4 Servings) :
  • Chicken Breast piece - 300-400 g
  • Carrots - 2
  • Cabbage - 1 (small sized)
  • Onions - 2
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method :
  • Boil the chicken in 3 cups of water and add a pinch of salt to it. 
  • Once it is boiled, shred it.
  •  Chop the vegetables into thin strips (like in the picture) and add the shredded chicken along with salt , chaat masala and Kashmiri chilli powder.
  • Add 4-5 tbsp of the chicken stock to it in order to dampen it and mix thoroughly. 
  • Serve it after 15-20 minutes so that the flavour of spices gets well absorbed.
You can drink the remaining chicken stock as a soup.
