Ingredients (6 pieces) - For Bread:

  • All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 cups
  • Dry Yeast - 1 tbsp (I recommend this instant dry yeast from Amazon: https://amzn.to/44uLNAB )
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk powder - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • White Sesame seeds (for garnishing) - 1-2 tsp
Ingredients for the Stuffing:
  • Chicken Breast - 250 g
  • Onions - 2
  • Green Chillies - 3-4
  • Garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese cubes - 2 ( Amul cheese cubes, a universal favourite: https://amzn.to/3NHbjNa )
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dhanajeera powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 1/4th tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  •  Pressure cook the chicken for 4 whistles and later 20 minutes on low flame.
  • In the meanwhile, heat oil in a kadhai and add finely chopped garlic and fry for half a minute on low flame.
  • Add chopped green chillies, finely chopped onions and salt, and let them fry till the onions turn absolutely soft.
  • Now, add ginger paste, black pepper powder, dhanajeera powder and garam masala powder to the mixture and let it fry for a minute.
  • Once the pressure is released from the cooker, finely shred the chicken in the same mixture and grate the cheese cubes. Let it fry for half a minute.
  • Add milk and cornflour, and keep stirring it on low flame till the mixture thickens properly. (The mixture should be firm). The stuffing is now ready!
  • For the bread, mix the Maida, dry yeast, milk powder, salt, oil, sugar and half a beaten egg. Knead the mixture with approximately 1/2 cup water to form a firm dough. (Keep the other half of the beaten egg aside.)
  • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covering it well.
  • After 30 minutes, divide the dough into six equal portions. Also, divide the stuffing into six equal  portions.
  • Roll each portion of dough into an oval shape and then stretch out the corners to give it a rectangular shape.
  • Take a portion of the stuffing and spread it in the middle of the rolled dough. The rolled dough should be kept vertically and the stuffing should be spread across the centre of it horizontally.
  • Now, wrap up the stuffing with the rolled dough.
  • Repeat the same for all portions.
  • Now, take an baking tray with butter paper placed in it. Grease the butter paper with little bit of oil and place the rolls on it.
  • Now, brush each roll with a little bit of the remaining beaten egg and sprinkle a pinch of white sesame seeds on each roll for garnishing.
  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C.
  • Now, place the tray in the preheated oven for 10-11 minutes.
  • Once its done, remove it from the oven and let it cool down thoroughly before consumption.
