Mutton in White Gravy

Ingredients (3 servings):
- Onions - 3
- Mutton - 12-15 pcs (400-500 g)
- Cashew Nuts - 1 fistful
- Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic - 8-9 cloves
- Green Chillies - 4-5
- Powdered Spices: Dhanajeera Powder - 1/2 tsp, Garam Masala powder - 1/4th tsp
- Whole Garam Masalas: Cinamon - 1 inch piece, Black Pepper - 4-5, Laung (Cloves) - 4-5, Green Caardamom (Only seeds) - 4-5
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Grind the chashew nuts in a mixer. Now add onions to it and grind them roughly.
- Now, heat oil in a cooker and add finely chopped garlic and whole garam masalas and cumin seeds to it. Let it fry for a minute.
- Add ginger paste and let it fry for half a minute.
- Add the onion paste to it and let it fry till the onion changes its colour slightly and the rawness is gone.
- Add finely chopped green chillies to it and let it fry. Add sugar.
- Add the powdered spices and salt to it and let it cook till oil separates from the paste.
- Add mutton to it and let it cook for 10 minutes, mixing it periodically.
- Pressure cook it for another 15-20 mins.
