Egg Dip | Egg Spread
Discover the creamy delight of our homemade egg dip! This luscious spread, is your new go-to for sandwiches, crackers, or simply as a savory treat.
- Regular Eggs: 3
- Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil (Preferably Olive Oil): 3-4 tbsp
- Sugar: 1/2 tsp
- White Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Prepare hard boiled eggs by boiling them in water for 7-10 minutes.
- Let them cool down and peel the shells.
- Now add the eggs, black pepper powder, oil, sugar, salt, white vinegar and 1/3rd cup water to the mixer. (Water can be adjusted as per the preference of thickness)
- Grind it all to a smooth paste, few seconds at a time on pulse mode.
Tip: One can add finely chopped spring onion greens, peri peri powder, garlic etc. as per the preference, since the dip itself is quite mild. It lends itself to a variety of flavours.
